what can I say, but WOW! we're humbled by the love! Mike, Mark & me are all HUGE Duran Duran fans. I can happily report that John Taylor is humble, a disco/vinyl junkie and a prince among men.

On Friday, October 21st, Duran Duran played Chicago on second leg of their North American tour. Paula Harris of Groove Parlor Tv presented bassist John Taylor with a copy of The Real Sound of Chicago + Beyond as a thank you for his kind words posted to his twitter & facebook accounts about Mr. Peabody Records' latest release. DJs Mark Grusane & Mike Cole felt it necessary to personally thank John for his support of their project, as he has 27,000+ twitter followers worldwide and posts regularly about his record shopping/digging experiences when on tour with Duran Duran. As a huge fan of the TK Disco label, Loft Classics and an avid indie record store supporter, he was quite impressed by the RSoC+Beyond listen links posted on BBE's page. Truly humbled by the love.
